Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" or "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling (UK customers) is based on actual courier costs and the cost of packaging. We levy one standard charge on the UK mainland of £15.00, and ship either overnight or on a 48 hour service, depending on size. Shipments to certain outlying postcodes may be by Parcelforce taking up to 3 days more. All orders above £160 in value are free of shipping and handling charges. For other countries please e-mail beans@hillandvalleycoffee.co.uk .
Delivery Schedule Our coffee roasting and shipping schedules are designed to bring your coffee to you within 2-4 days of roasting, and in the vast majority of cases within 7 days of you placing your order. We use a reliable 48 hour courier service, and in certain cases Royal Mail Parcelforce. If you are likely to be out during the day, please provide us with alternative delivery instructions where possible (eg. leave with neighbour). If you have not received your order within 7 working days please e-mail us at beans@hillandvalleycoffee.co.uk.
