more than 50kgs of beans per month you can expect to benefit from an extremely
personalised service including discussion of choice of
coffees and blends and the means to brew for customer
delight at every serving.
If the
espresso option is chosen we offer support on the choice
of machine and limited training in perfect beverage preparation.
We pay particular attention to the techniques of pulling
the
perfect espresso shot, and the routines to put into place
to ensure continuity of quality.
We are
strongly of the view that many business owners do not get the
best out of their coffee and that most commercial espresso
machines being used in the UK are being used in a manner
to detract from rather than improve coffee quality.
With our own first hand
experience of high volume environments we are uniquely
equipped to help in this area.
As far as
coffee delivery is concerned, we insist on regular
delivery of appropriate quantities of freshly roasted
beans and will negotiate a tailor-made
solution to each client's requirements.
